1. Returns & Exchanges:

 

 

    If you find yourself in any of the following situations:

 

- You purchased the incorrect part or size,

- You no longer need a product you purchased,

- You were sent the incorrect product contrary to what was described on the website,

- You purchased a product that came defective, damaged, or faulty,

- You are not satisfied with the purchase, or

- You accidentally purchased the wrong product,

 

Please reach out to our customer service representatives, and they will guide you through the necessary steps. While each specific category mentioned above has

its own set of rules and conditions (outlined below), there are general rules that apply to all returns or exchanges:

 

- All returns and exchanges must follow our Return Procedure and include a valid, signed RMA form.

- Our policy allows returns within 7 days of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product.

- Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging; we do not accept returns for products in poor condition.

- Returns related to defects, damage, fitment, or other flaws will undergo additional inspection. Depending on the product, we may request you to send it back

 for inspection or verify it with your mechanic's report.

- Returns related to incorrect parts, sizes, purchases made in error, or no longer needed parts should not be assembled, installed, or modified in any way.

- Used or fully/partially installed products are non-returnable.

- For some products, return of the physical item may not be necessary, and instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original

 

 item.

- Exceptions to returns include items marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before ordering) and custom-built orders.

 

 

2. Shipping Fees:

 

 

- Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of

return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- For orders delivered within the Pakistan where reason for return isn't a result of a Vendor error or ToolMaster.PK, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return

fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. International & Pakistan returns are accepted, however coordination 

 

of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by Vendor or ToolMaster.PK a return shipping label will be provided.

 

 

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:

 

 

 - While ToolMaster.PK strives to ensure that the products you purchase are the right fit, perfect condition, and have proper fitment, there are instances beyond our

control where products may be damaged in transit, defective from the assembly line, or simply incorrect.

 

- If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, flawed, or incorrect, not due to any fault of your own, please refrain from using, installing, modifying, or repairing the

part. Instead, contact our customer service team for assistance. They will guide you through the process, collaborate with you, and find the best solution for

your issue.

 

- In the event of an exchange or replacement, once you've contacted our customer service team, they will work with you to facilitate the transaction. During this

process, we may request photos or videos showcasing the specific damage, defect, or fitment issues to accurately process your request, assess the problem's

underlying cause, and determine the best course of action.

 

- If your claim is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send back the defective part. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it, which

may involve additional proofs such as photos, videos, or assessments. Upon confirming the defect is not the customer's fault, we will proceed with the exchange or

replacement. In some cases, the physical return of the product may not be necessary, and alternative steps may be required.

 

- Products must be returned within 07 days of delivery. If the damage is attributed to a shipping courier, we will arrange for a damage pickup by the courier. Please

note that returned products must be in their original packaging, and there are additional requirements for items shipped via freight.

 

- It's important to note that the provisions for returns, refunds, or exchanges in this section do not apply to warranty claims. Manufacturers provide warranties for

4. Order Cancellations:

 

 

- We will facilitate the cancellation of orders or parts that have not yet been shipped and are not classified as non-cancelable / non-refundable

 items. Once items have been shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible. You can initiate cancellations online by submitting a request

or contact our customer care team through live chat or phone. We aim to process your request promptly, but it's important to note that products

may ship sooner than anticipated.

5. Billing, Refunds & Credits:

 

 

- Payment for orders may be captured immediately upon successful placement of the order. Refunds for returned products are initiated upon confirming the 

satisfactory condition of the returned item. Once the refund is processed, a confirmation email will be dispatched. Please allow an additional 5-7 business 

days for the credited amount to reflect in your account.
 

- Customers are responsible for returning the product to our address at their own expense. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send an email 

notifying you of the item's receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, deducting shipping charges,

and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or via Online Bank Transfer within a specified timeframe. Please note that Cash on Delivery refunds will 

only be processed through Online Bank Transfer.

 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery:

 

 

- To ensure prompt and secure delivery, we utilize various Ground/Air shipping services. Shipping methods may vary based on product types and delivery

destinations. Once shipping is confirmed, the carrier will be scheduled for pickup. Some in-stock products are dispatched the same day or within one business day,

and their delivery progress can be tracked using the provided tracking number sent to your email. Other items may have extended shipping times due to factors like

physical location, carrier availability, warehouse logistics, and economic conditions (e.g., border delays, pandemics, etc.). Shipping details, including tracking

numbers, will be provided.
 

Consider the following:
 

1. Oversized products must be shipped via truck freight / LTL, differing from standard ground shipments. Note: These oversized items require inspection and a

2. Shipments to all other international destinations may incur additional shipping charges, which may only become apparent after order placement. Recipients

3. If a shipment is refused by the recipient, be aware that all extra Reroute & Return To Sender costs will be deducted from any applicable product refund.
